As an Evans School alum, you can take advantage of career services through both the University of Washington (UW) Alumni Association and Evans School Career Services Office. Evans School alumni career services include:
- An open invitation to all Career Services events and workshops
- Access to EvansJobs for viewing and posting resumes or domestic and Canadian job openings
- Access to our International Opportunities listserv Intl-opps for viewing and posting international job openings
In addition to these free services, we offer three fee-based services for career enhancement:
- One-on-one career counseling with our Career Services director. In order to ensure that the limited time of staff is best utilized, the Evans School has recently implemented a new policy for alumni seeking individual appointments with career services. An individual one-hour appointment can be arranged for a fee of $50. (This fee covers staff and additional expenses, and is significantly less than the UW Career Center charges for alumni career appointments, and less than half the cost of an individual appointment with a typical career counselor in private practice). - A one-day Evans School Career Services job search workshop,
- And lifelong learning career enhancement opportunities through the Cascade Executive Programs.
