Efrain responds:
Most of the students are full-time students at Evans but there is still around a 10% that attend part time, and they are usually able to earn their MPA in three years.
According to what I have heard from part time students doing the core courses is easy because the Evans School always offers one of the three courses at 5 or 6 p.m. It is more difficult with electives, because sometimes you don't have as many classes to choose from as some of the courses will only be offered during the day.
