Step 1: By Friday, May 4
If you have not already done so, complete the University of Washington Graduate School's "Master's Request to Graduate" form. To receive a master's degree at UW, you must complete this form, whether or not you plan to participate in the formal UW Commencement or Evans School Convocation ceremonies. If your degree has already been granted, you do not need to fill out this form.

This form is UW netid protected. If you are having trouble accessing the form click the login link at the very bottom of the Evans School website, login with your UW netid and password, then try to access the form again. Contact us if you are still having trouble.
A ticket is required for convocation due to the limited amount of space. Each graduating student will receive 4 guest tickets. You must complete the online form to receive your tickets, which can be picked up in the Student Services office at the front desk in Parrington (Room 109) starting May 21. Families are welcome, small children sitting on laps do not need their own tickets. Families with small children will be directed to sit in the balcony so as not to disturb the ceremony. No ticket is required for the reception following convocation.
If any of your guests will require reserved seating due to disabilities please email Junko Sakuma (jpsakuma@uw.edu) by May 11. Please also include the total number of guests in your party. We cannot guarantee special seating for anyone who does not request it in advance.
