Organizational Culture and Values - Stephen B. Page
Any public or nonprofit leader must cultivate and instill a vision for the value that his or her organization adds to public life. These sessions explore the role of organizational culture and values as bearers of an organization's vision, and identify ways in which managers can use culture and values to improve organizational support and performance.

The purpose of this session is to understand change and transition as natural aspects of human development. It will help to build participants' awareness of various workplace challenges and appropriate leadership strategies to guide human behavior to navigate through such changes.

Fostering Creativity and Motivation - Kellee M. Franklin
This session will explore leadership qualities and environmental factors that promote positive human growth and development. Employee relation management and organizational policies will be discussed, as well as the use of emotional intelligence in communicating with employees.

Leading a Diverse Workforce - Alexandra Liggins
Effective leaders understand their own individual, interpersonal, and institutional cultural biases. They work to understand how their bias impacts their view of others and events. They understand that they are a product of their experience and environment and they want to know how this influences their perception. By understanding their bias, they open themselves up to seeing and experiencing people and events differently and thus create new opportunities for others and themselves.
