Michael A. Stegman, director of policy and housing at The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, wrote a congratulatory letter to Richard O. Zerbe Jr. on the work he and his colleagues have done in establishing the Benefit-Cost Analysis Center. “It was the solid foundation you laid for the center that encouraged me to recommend continued funding for the next three years,” Stegman wrote. “I look forward to working with you and your colleagues on the many projects that are underway on the upcoming benefit-cost conference this fall.”
