Executive Master of Public Administration (Executive MPA) student Randy Engstrom received the Americans for the Arts 2009 Emerging Leader Award for his work as the founding director of the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle. The award, given by the national leading nonprofit for advancing the arts, recognizes young leaders for their exceptional work in arts administration.
