Dean Sandra O. Archibald announced this week that Ken Smith has accepted an offer to join the Evans School as a senior lecturer this fall. Smith is assistant professor of accounting and information science at Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
“I look forward to working with you and your colleagues in serving the students, the University and the community,” Smith wrote.
Dean Archibald congratulated the search committee chaired by Bill Zumeta and thanked faculty for all their efforts in making Ken’s family feel welcome during their recent visit to Seattle. “I am delighted that Ken has accepted," she said. "We look forward to his arrival."
